The raffle takes place in front of a live audience on Saturday, Nov 21st, 2026 at the Wheels Through Time Museum in Maggie Valley, NC. The first ticket drawn chooses their motorcycle. Second prize receives the other genuine American classic. Third prize is $5,000 — you do not have to be present to win.

The Wheels Through Time Museum holds an annual raffle to help improve the Museum visitor experience, and to build onto what is considered the best collection of All-American motorcycles in the world. Our mission is to preserve and share the culture, history, and artifacts of early American motorcycle history. Currently the museum houses over 375 motorcycles, a handfull of cars, countless pieces of memorabilia, and over 15 timeless exhibits. For official Raffle Rules and Regulations, click the link below.

Wheels Through Time 2026 Official Raffle Rules and Regulations

This motorcycle raffle and fundraiser is conducted by Wheels Through Time Museum Inc, herein referred to as “WTT”. WTT will operate no more than two raffles per year. All proceeds from the entries will benefit the non-profit organization Wheels Through Time Museum, a 501 (c)(3) organization chartered by the state of North Carolina.

§ 1.0 ELIGIBILITY: You must be 18 years of age to enter. Paid employees including, but not limited to, senior staff, employees, and Team Members of WTT along with members of their households, are not eligible to participate.

§ 2.0 FUNDRAISER DONATIONS: The raffle ticket price is not tax deductible as a contribution to the Wheels Through Time Museum. The cost of a raffle ticket is priced at (1) ticket for $10, (3) tickets for $20, (7) tickets for $50, (16) tickets for $100, (36) tickets for $200, (48) tickets for $250, (120) tickets for $500, (250) tickets for $1,000.
Packages of (7, 16, 36, 48, 120, 250) tickets also include a WTT T-Shirt and DVD.

2.1 WTT reserves the right to offer additional multi-entry purchase discounts through other applicable promotions. There is no maximum number of entries an individual may purchase. Only official donation entries will be accepted. There is no limit to how many total entries the WTT Museum can print and sell. Odds of winning are determined only by the total number of entries sold. Entries may be made via the WTT website at WheelsThroughTime.com or by phone at (828)-926-6266. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the WTT Museum and at certain events at which WTT is present.

§ 3.0 ENTRY SCHEDULE: The WTT 2026 Raffle will commence on November 22nd, 2025 when entries were first promoted and then became available. WTT reserves the right to run ticket promotions throughout the year and reserves the right to end any promotions at any time.
The random drawing will take place on Saturday, November 21st, 2026 at 2PM EST.
All electronic entries on the Museum website must be received at the Museum by November 20th, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
All electronic entries on the Museum website that are received after November 20th, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST will default to the next year’s raffle.
All raffle winning decisions are final.

§ 4.0 RECEIPT OF PRIZE:The winner does not need to be present to win. The winners agree to arrange for removal of their prizes by March 31, 2027. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, which will then be awarded to alternate ticket holders No. 2, then No. 3.
Winners are responsible for the transportation and delivery of their prize motorcycles. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees including state and federal sales or income tax where applicable.
WTT will comply with all applicable tax requirements, including reporting and withholding. WTT will mail applicable tax forms to winners and report prize winnings to the IRS. WTT will not be responsible to collect the required withholdings upon the transfer of title of the motorcycle to the winner and remit to the appropriate authorities.

§ 5.0 GRAND PRIZES: First Prize: The First Prize Winner will have their choice of one (1) of the following motorcycles:
1946 Harley-Davidson EL Knucklehead, or
1939 Harley-Davidson UL Flathead
The winner will be contacted by telephone, e-mail and/or USPS mail as to his or her winnings immediately following the drawing. Winners will also be announced via the WTT website, and broadcast live via Facebook and YouTube.

5.1 SECOND PRIZE:
The Second Prize Winner will receive the remaining motorcycle not selected by the First Prize Winner.

5.2 THIRD PRIZE:
The Third Prize is a prize of $5,000.
Prizes offered through this raffle platform will not include items categorized under Stripe’s Restricted Businesses list. For a comprehensive listing, please refer to https://stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses.

§ 6.0 ENTRY LAWS: The WTT 2026 Raffle is subject to all applicable laws, state or federal, and is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Entrants to this fundraiser are responsible for compliance with all such laws and regulations based on their age, place of residence, etc.
The winners release Wheels Through Time Museum, its stakeholders and Board of Directors as well as any related project sponsors and builders from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident or death incurred with the use of this prize.

§ 7.0 ENTRY RULES: It is WTT’s right to amend, revise and interpret the Raffle Rules as it may see fit. It is expected that by donating money for an entry ticket, entrants will hold to the rules of entering as presented here.
